A: Everyone, most people start with zero experience, classes cater to all fitness levels, building skills and confidence step-by-step.
Q: What are the Benefits?
A: Improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, co-ordination, confidence and discipline. Help with weight loss and toning.
Q: What do I need to start?
A: Equipment: Ideally Gloves (Kids 6-8oz gloves, Adults 10-16oz). Comfortable sports clothing. Shin pads, own pads, and kick shields are helpful as time progresses. Definitely something to Drink. A positive Mental attitude.
Q: Can I take up Kickboxing having never trained in Martial arts?
A: Yes of course, Kickboxing is for everyone who is willing to learn.
Q: Am I too old to take up Kickboxing?
A: No, Kickboxing can help you feel better and fitter, you just need to understand what your body can do, and if needed take regular breaks.
Q: What age should Kids start training in Kickboxing?
A: Whenever they feel ready, but recommended that at least over 5 years old.
Q: Can I take up Kickboxing even though I have a disability?
A: Yes of course, just make your instructor aware.
